The second time he came out to fix some holes caused by a landscape project that had been installed a few weeks earlier. Dave is very thorough, takes the time to explain what he is doing, doesn’t rush the job and gives us confidence that he knows what he’s doing. He is quite competent. Dave found the problem leak and instead of just fixing it and leaving right away, looked a little further and found a bigger problem and fixed it. He gave us the option of him looking further and we asked him to check the entire bed to ensure there were not additional leaks…there were and he fixed them. He was not pushy and we appreciated that. It just made good sense for him to go further, and we felt that by doing so we won’t have worse problems down the road.
